Peace and ‘Flower Power’ reigned at Pierceton Elementary as fourth- and fifth-grade students shared their fine arts talent on Thursday evenings. Friends and family members were invited to stroll through the commons and look at all of the ‘cool’ art work, then ‘boogied on down’ to the gymnasium to listen to hit songs from the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s. Students were encouraged to dress in rock ’n’ roll clothing. Pictured are: Alyssa Babcock, Natalie Locke, Jenna VanCuren, Kaela Locke, Reannon Hopkins, Macy Clutter and Dreama Doggendorf.
