Editor, Times-Union: Thank you, Cody Shafer (WCHS junior class president), and Warsaw Community High School Student Council, for your great leadership to encourage kindness throughout our community with the use of “Pay It Forward” bracelets.
I am looking forward to seeing some of the bracelets on the wrists of students as well as others in the community who have received one ... and maybe even the opportunity to receive one myself, and to be able to pass it on.
