Paws For Warmth

Editor, Times-Union:

To the people who have little dogs. In this cold weather you have to let your dog out to potty so I take Sadie out and I put thick white ankle socks on her feet before I let her out. White ankle socks are thick, so pull them up on her legs and put rubber bands around them. That way she doesn't get ice between her toes. Before I decided to do this she'd come in the house and I had to dig out the ice that was between her toes. This way since it is so cold it helps her feet keep warm. Looks silly on her but sure keeps her feet dry and warm.

Just a suggestion for the little dogs you may have.
