Paul Theodore Harris Jr.Paul Theodore Harris Jr., 73, Greentown, passed away at 12:16 a.m. Friday, Dec. 24, 2021, at Ascension St. Vincent in Kokomo.
He was born Sept. 6, 1948, in Huntington, to Paul Theodore and Audrey Weinley Harris Sr. On June 6, 1981, he married Kristi Boyer and she survives.
Paul was a 1966 Lancaster High School graduate and owned Paul’s Mobile Home Service in Leesburg. Paul and Kristi moved to Greentown in 2016 to be closer to grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. Paul also had a love of music, traveling, playing canasta and euchre and Grit TV.
In addition to his wife Kristi, Paul is survived by his children: Vickie (Larry) Peacock and Jeff (Michelle) Harris; grandchildren: Shaila (Ryan) Garrett and Breanne (Jay) Emerson; great-grandchildren: Blake Day, Bailey Garrett, Claire Garrett and Layne Harris Emerson; siblings: Dan (Nancy) Harris, Mike (Sharon) Harris and Deb (Jack) Shoenherr; mother-in-law, Carol Boyer; sisters-in-law: Lori (Larry) Verhaeghe and Amy (Brian) Lechlitner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and father-in-law, Tom Boyer.
There will be an open house celebrating Paul’s life from 3 until 5 p.m. on Jan. 16 at The Old Firehouse, 12 North Miami St., Peru, Ind.
