MENTONE — Paul D. Blue, 76, Warsaw, died at 10:31 a.m. Dec. 24, 2016, at the Warsaw Meadows Care Center. He was born Oct. 7, 1940, in Warsaw, to Ralph and Bessie Hook Blue. On July 3, 1977, in Baldwin, Mich., he married Jacqueline I. Richardson. He worked as a property manager for 21 years for Shamrock Village Mobile Home Community, Warsaw, and worked as supervisor for all of north Michigan’s lining clearing crews for 26 years. Survivors include his wife, Jacqueline I. Blue, Warsaw; three sons: Paul D. (wife Jody) Blue, Warsaw; Richard D. Blue, Baldwin; and Anthony D. (wife Michelle) Blue, Warsaw; a stepson, Lee (wife Leslie) Weaver, Bremerton, Wash.; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a close friend, Lesa Regenos, Warsaw; two brothers, Glen (wife Eldonna) Blue, Niles, Mich., and Boyd Blue, Muncie; and a sister, Judy (husband Paul) Wallen, Pierceton. He was preceded by his parents; and infant daughter, Christine; and three brothers: Lewis, Adam and Merl Blue. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at King Memorial Home, 101 N. Tucker Street, Mentone, with Pastor Gary Boschain officiating. Burial will be in Mentone Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
