Patty HornPatty Coy Horn, 76, of Mentone, passed away on Jan. 15, 2023, at Goshen Hospital in Goshen. After several courageous years battling cancer, surrounded by family, she laid down her earthly burdens.

True to her nature throughout her life, Patty donated her body to the IU Anatomical Education Program. Her final wish was to ensure she could benefit others in any possible way.

After earning her accounting degree from Purdue (extension campus), she continued her career at KCH. Patty knew no stranger and proudly hosted many young people. She was the second mom to countless and is remembered fondly by family, friends and all that knew her.
