Patricia Marie Bradley, 53, of Leesburg, went to be with the Lord Sept. 6, 2009, in her residence.
She was born June 1, 1956, in Bluffton, to Carol Owen and Carolyn Joan Thomas. On May 21, 1980, in Las Vegas, Nev., she married Alden Bradley, who survives.
Moving to Leesburg from South Carolina three years ago, she was a homemaker and a member of Tippecanoe Homemaker Club. She attended a non-denominational church in Goshen and attended North Webster United Methodist Church. She loved to read to children; enjoyed gardening, cooking - especially bread, and helping people.
Also surviving are her father and stepmother, Carol and Betty Thomas, North Webster; her mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Dean Gephart, Leesburg; two sons, Daniel Tarr and Brian Bradley, both of North Webster; a sister, Kathi (and spouse Don) Nave, South Whitley; a stepbrother, Mike (and spouse Gina) Hollingsworth, North Webster; and special friends who assisted in caring for her.
A memorial service will be from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at North Webster United Methodist Church, with the Rev. David Smitley of the church officiating.
