BOURBON – Patricia Lou Watkins, 78, Etna Green, passed away at 5:30 a.m. Sept. 2, 2016, in Kosciusko Community Hospital with her family at her side.
She was born May 25, 1938, to Calvin and Edna Phillips Blosser in South Bend. On Oct. 18, 1958, in Wakarusa, she married Lewis W. Watkins, who preceded her in death Dec. 6, 1998.
She worked with fiberglass at Coral Glass, Bremen, and Holiday Rambler, Wakarusa. She enjoyed her friends at the Etna Green Cafe, bowling in league competition, going to auctions and antiques.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy (and spouse Terry) Borggren, Plymouth; two grandchildren, Jeremy (and spouse Morgan) Borggren and Erica Borggren, all of Cincinnati, Ohio; two great-grandchildren, Ellie and Leo; her sister-in-law, Charlotte Blosser, Syracuse; her best friend, Shirley Morris, Bourbon; and she also loved her many nieces and nephews: She was especially close to Linda, Wanda, Mark and Seth. She will be greatly missed by all. She also was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Michelle Watkins; three sisters, Betty Studebaker, Doris Byrket and Lois Berry; and seven brothers: Jerry, Denny, Max, John, Eugene, Bill and Paul.
Services were at 1 p.m. today at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, Bourbon. Burial was in Hepton Union Cemetery, Nappanee.
