NORTH MANCHESTER – Patricia L. Spratt, 70, of Silver Lake, died at 12:55 p.m. July 27, 2011, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born May 14, 1941, in Fairplay, Colo., to Loren Vic and Dorothy E. Arthur Hamilton. On April 3, 1964, she married Wayne S. Spratt, who survives.
She was an insurance agent for six years for Walther Insurance Agency, Silver Lake, and a service writer at Kerlin Motors, Silver Lake, for 19 years. She was Silver Lake town clerk for two years and served on the Lakeview Cemetery Board. She was a member of Center United Methodist Church, Silver Lake; Silver Lake Lions Club; and the Bowling League in North Manchester. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother and worked with Silver Lake Youth League. She was co-grand marshal with her husband of Silver Lake Days in 2003.
Also surviving are three sons, Bradley W. Spratt and Brian E. (and spouse Cheryl) Spratt, all of Silver Lake, and Michael S. (and spouse Kim) Spratt, Dry Ridge, Ky.; a sister, Linda S. Berger, Bloomington; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor Kent Harting officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake.
