ROCHESTER – Patricia Ann "Tish" Blackburn, 79, of Rochester, died Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at her residence.
She was born June 28, 1939, in Fulton County, to Carl E. and Helen I. Woolley Swanson. On June 2, 1957, she was married to Kenneth L. Blackburn in Rochester. He died May 1, 1992.
A celebration of her life will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Grace United Methodist Church, Rochester.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today in Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, and one hour prior to the service Sunday in the church.
Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
