A Wabash pastor and businessman has been preliminarily charged with sexual misconduct with a minor in connection with an incident in which he allegedly fondled a 15-year-old Kosciusko County girl.
Will McLaughlin, 60, allegedly fondled the girl while she was visiting his home March 16 with a friend of her mother's.
The two women were in McLaughlin's hot tub, where he allegedly shampooed and used conditioner on their hair. The female friend left at some point, then McLaughlin allegedly fondled the girl's breasts inside and outside her swimsuit.
McLaughlin surrendered to Wabash County Police Friday, posted bond and was released awaiting a court date.
