Editor, Times-Union: I must commend the action taken by the City of Warsaw in collaboration with OrthoWorx to fund this area’s portion of the passenger rail system study for the Ohio to Chicago line. This type of infrastructure development provides opportunities for area businesses and residents with a fast and efficient transportation option that is environmentally friendly. Mayor Joe Thallemer is correct in stating that the establishment of passenger rail in Warsaw would be a boom to the area.
