Parkview Named ‘Best And Brightest In Wellness’ For 4th Consecutive Year

FORT WAYNE – Parkview Health has been named among the “Best and Brightest in Wellness” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) for the fourth consecutive year and the eighth time since 2017.
Parkview is one of 44 companies nationally to be recognized by the NABR in 2026.
Best and brightest winners demonstrate a commitment to employee wellbeing and programs and initiatives that foster a healthy work environment, the release from Parkview states. Their wellness approaches include physical fitness initiatives, mental health resources and financial wellness education, all designed to support the holistic wellbeing of their team members.
Winners are evaluated across multiple categories, including wellness culture, work environment, employee input, financial well-being, leadership commitment and physical and mental health.
