FORT WAYNE – Parkview Health has been named the No. 5 Most Loved Workplace in the 2025 Top 100 list, ranked by the Best Practices Institute (BPI) and published by the Wall Street Journal.
The No. 5 ranking is another Top 10 finish for Parkview, which was ranked No. 7 in 2024 by BPI and Newsweek.

This year's Most Loved rankings, published as a custom content feature in the Wall Street Journal, highlight 100 organizations across industries that are transforming employee experience and redefining retention strategies in today's economy, according to the release from Parkview.
