Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Editor, Times-Union:
I came to Warsaw the first of March 1957, following the conclusion of U.S. Army active duty training, to join the Times-Union news staff as reporter\photographer and sports editor. Suffice it to say, parking downtown was woefully inadequate even in those days.
I have said here previously I'm a booster of forward-looking planning and positive action. I'm pleased a parking facility will be built near downtown, hopefully of an adequate size.
After nearly 70 years ... I guess it is finally time?
