Steve and Marcia “Marcy” Parker, Claypool, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with their family. Steve and the former Marcia Bouse were married in the Evangelical United Brethren Church, Claypool. Sept. 5, 1965, by the Rev. Fred Pflugh. He drove a semi truck for many years and currently owns a gun repair shop. She worked for Warsaw Community Schools for 32 years. They have two sons, Paul (and spouse Jill) Parker, Akron; and Jeff (and spouse Laura) Parker, Lagro. They also have six grandchildren.
