Cherry Creek Manor has been chosen as the site for the 2006 Homes on Parade.
The development, owned by Dan Widaman, Shelley Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Stan Arnolt, is on the east side of Packerton Road, less than a quarter mile from Pierceton Road, near Winona Lake.
Widaman and Johnson met Wednesday with Jeff Hamman, J.C. Hamman Construction, president of the board of directors, Builders Association of Kosciusko/Fulton County, and Joni Truex, executive officer, Builder's Association, to review and sign the contract for the annual event.
The 2005 Homes on Parade was held Sept. 10-18 at Barrington Hills Subdivision, north of Warsaw.
Cherry Creek Manor offers buried utilities, supplied by NIPSCO and Kosciusko REMC.
The developers and Lucas Inc. Realtors said they are excited and look forward to hosting this year's Homes on Parade. Lot selection will begin soon.
