WINONA LAKE – A makeover, massage and glamour photos are all options women can take part in at a fundraiser for the Beaman Home in September.
Women will be able to receive a number of pampering services Sept. 22 from 6 to 9 p.m.
The event will be at The Russell Center, 1003 Presidential Drive, Winona Lake.
All proceeds will benefit the Beaman Home, a shelter for battered women.
There have been pampering events previously at Sacred Heart and at Masterson Chiropractic.
Last year, the pampering event was at Sacred Heart where approximately 86 women attended, according to Sarah Masterson, event coordinator.
This year it is expected 100 women will attend, she said.
Services provided include: makeovers, manicures, hair styling, glamour photos, foot reflexology, essential oil treatments, massage, and Himalayan Salt treatments and manicures.
Volunteers will donate their time to provide pampering services for women.
These businesses are sending stylists and other skilled persons: Bob List Photography, Nutritional Resources, Hollingsworth Ion Spa Services, Himalayan Salt Creations, DC Haircrafters and Expressions.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by calling Masterson Chiropractic at 574-267-7051 and arranging to pick up tickets.
