Pamela S. Slone McCord, age 51, of Warsaw, passed away on Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, in Kosciusko Community Hospital.
She was born on Nov. 27, 1966, to Lon and Edith Collins Slone in Warsaw. On Sept. 5, 1997, she was united in marriage to Norman McCord in Claypool.
During her life she worked at JOMAC, Medtronic, as an inspector, and was also a homemaker. She loved the holidays; Christmas and Thanksgiving were very special to her, especially being able to cook for her family and spend time together. Playing bingo was also a joyful time for her.
She is survived by her parents, Lon and Edith Slone, of Claypool; husband, Norman McCord, of Warsaw; son, Brandon McCord, of Warsaw; daughter, April McCord, of Winchester; sister, Sheila Hopkins, of Warsaw; nieces, Kaitlin Hopkins and Sheena Paseka, both of Warsaw; and a great-niece, Nevaeh Hamilton, of Warsaw, as well as another great-niece that is on the way soon!
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Roy Collins.
A funeral service will be at noon Friday, Nov. 16, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service, from 10 a.m. to noon, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
Brother Tim Slone will officiate the funeral service. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
