COLUMBIA CITY - Pamela R. Burelison-Sparks, 51, of South Whitley, died at 5:26 p.m. Aug. 18, 2009, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 9, 1957, in Fort Wayne, to Charles E. and Barbara A. Middleton Burelison, who survive in Columbia City.
A lifetime Whitley County resident, she graduated from Columbia City High School in 1976, and was a production associate for Autoliv, Columbia City.
Also surviving are a daughter, Melissa Sparks, Royal Center; a son, Ryan Sparks, Warsaw; two brothers, Garry A. Burelison, Fort Wayne, and Timothy (and spouse Mary) Burelison, Ridinger Lake; two sisters, Christine Green, South Whitley, and Robin (and spouse Barry) Hively, Columbia City; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, with Pastor Curtiss Johnson officiating.
