Neither passenger was seriously injured when the car they were riding in Wednesday afternoon left the road and flipped over on Ind. 25, east of CR 550W, Mentone. The driver fled the scene, according to passengers Donald Bradtke, South Ind. 25, Mentone, and Gary Bradkte, same address. Gary Bradtke was preliminarily charged with public intoxication and booked into Kosciusko County Jail. The accident remains under investigation by the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
