The city of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department is offering paddle boarding clinics this summer at Pike Lake Beach.
The next clinic is at 9 a.m. July 27.
This program for teenagers and adults (ages 12 and up) will focus on basic balance, coordination, and paddling skills while sitting or standing on a light weight, easy to maneuver paddleboard.
Clinic fee is only $10 per person and includes use of the board, lifejacket, paddle, and a a great time.
A waiver and rules sheet must be signed by each participant, (must be signed by parent for anyone under the age of 18). Participants must register by one week prior to clinic. Interested participants can register in person Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Parks and Recreation Department office, or call the office at 574-372-9554 if you have any questions.
