Editor, Times-Union: The decision to invite Benjamin Netanyatu to speak before Congress has divided our nation and it will decide our future. The Democrats’ decision to boycott Benjamin Netanyatu’s speech says that we will not bless Israel as a nation, but instead our government will curse God’s people, the Jews and anti-Semitism will be all over the media. It is true that we have not divided the land as in the past, but we have sent a group of Democrats over to Israel to ruin the re-election of Benjamin Netanyatu. Now, how we can still consider them our ally? Whose side are we on? Most definitely we are trying to control Israel. The media no longer gives information to inform the public, but instead it is used to control public opinion and call us racist. May I ask you: Is that freedom? Yet, in light of the persecution of Christians in the Middle East by Islam, our government remains silent and so does our church. Silence is not golden, it does not bring us freedom, but instead it brings us death. Wake Up! Christian persecution is the fifth sign of Rev. 6:9,10 “And when He broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the Word of God, and because of the testimony which they have maintained, and they cried out with a loud voice ...” Yes, we are in the Tribulation period and the pre-Tribulation rapture view will not save you.
