An Oswego woman was sentenced Thursday to 1-1/2 years of probation after pleading guilty to a felony charge of illegal drug lab.
Brittnie M. McVoy, of 5663 North Warsaw/Oswego Road, Oswego, reached a plea agreement last month.
Kosciusko Circuit Court Judge Rex Reed accepted the plea deal and sentenced McVoy to 1-1/2 years, all to be spent on probation.
McVoy was arrested Feb. 13 with her boyfriend, Burton J. Blackmer, after a routine traffic stop.
Bourbon police pulled over a vehicle in which the driver stated Blackmer and McVoy had a working meth lab in their residence.
Police gained a search warrant for the home and found the remnants of a meth lab.
Blackmer and McVoy also had outstanding warrants from Marshal County.
