Morgan, defendant herein, to appear, plead, or answer in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Title 28 of the United States Code, and it appearing to the Court that this is an action to enforce a lien upon real property located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, within this district and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: LOT NUMBERED TWENTY-FOUR (24) IN THE NORTH PARK PHASE THREE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 80, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF Kosciusko COUNTY, INDIANA. Commonly Known As: 301 Heide Lane, Milford, IN 46542. That said defendant, cannot be found within this State and present whereabouts are unknown; and personal service on said defendant, Elizabeth G. Morgan, therefore is not practicable and has not voluntarily appeared in this action, it is ORDERED: That defendant, Elizabeth G. Morgan, herein is hereby directed to appear, plead, answer or otherwise move with respect to the Complaint herein, on or before the 21st day of January, 2011, or be in default thereof, and this Court will thereafter proceed in the adjudication of this suit; and it is further ORDERED: That this Order be published in the Warsaw Times-Union once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, beginning no lalter than November 19, 2010.
