Marc Rich, indicted for evading $48 million in federal taxes, was pardoned by President Clinton in the last hours of his presidency. Subsequently, it came to light, that Denise Rich, former wife of Marc Rich, gave Mrs. Clinton's library and the Democratic Party close to $1 million in cash.
When Hillary Clinton was first lady, she ran up enormous tabs traveling the world. She and Chelsea and their entourage went to spring break to North Africa in 1999, costing the American Taxpayer $2.3 million in airfare alone. The entire junket (vacation at taxpayers' expense) cost is sealed by law for 12 years after the president leaves office. Likewise, the cost, estimated to be more than $70 million, spent on the trip to Russia is sealed.
Hillary Clinton was one of the biggest spending freshmen senators in the history of this country according to the National Taxpayers union.
