‘Operation Pumpkin Spice’ Nets 23 Arrests; 11 More Wanted On WarrantsNearly two dozen people were arrested overnight Wednesday on drug-related and other charges by Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET43) and 11 more are wanted on warrants.
According to a news release from NET43, over the past several months, NET43 conducted undercover operations and covert surveillance which resulted in the Kosciusko courts issuing arrest warrants for several suspects on drug-related and other miscellaneous charges.
During the overnight hours of Wednesday, Nov. 2 and into Thursday, Nov. 3, NET43 executed “Operation Pumpkin Spice.” With the assistance of Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office; Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office; and Warsaw Winona Lake, Nappanee, Indiana State, Claypool and Mentone police departments, search warrants were executed and the following people were arrested:
• Ronald Lee Bailey, 54, of 9329 S. Packerton Road, Claypool, for possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, a Level 5 felony. Bond was set at $10,000 surety and $500 cash.
• Joshua Bryan Puckett, 38, of 8556 S. Yellow View Lane, Claypool, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Marinel Lynn Gilliam, 27, of 411 Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw, for driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor; and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $500 cash.
• Jonathan Charles, 39, of 411 W. Perry St., Warsaw, for dealing methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Jeremy Ray Cole, 42, of 10066 N. CR 400E, Syracuse, for dealing methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a Level 3 felony; dealing marijuana in excess of 30 grams, a Level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana with sentence enhancement, a Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $25,000 surety and $750 cash.
• Larry Shane Cravens, 39, Wabash, for dealing methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 5 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Kaleb Michael Greenwood, 26, of 115 S. Pine St., Warsaw, for dealing in marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond was set at $500 cash.
• Jason Todd Whitaker, 36, of 109 N. Reed St., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Henry Michael Hartley, 50, of 713 E. Market St., Warsaw, for strangulation, a Level 6 felony; domestic battery with moderate bodily injury, a Level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Cherish R. Heckaman, 37, of 3069 Country Club Road, Warsaw, for possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. No bond was set.
• Blake Lance Hughes, 32, of 8809 S. CR 425W, Silver Lake, for invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond was set.
• Hanna Leann Oliver, 22, Columbia City, for possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $700 cash.
• Tommy Lee McKinney, 48, of 2304 S. Ind. 25, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Abigail Lee Pifer, 46, of 701 Robson Road, Winona Lake, for maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $500 cash.
• Larry L. Rose, 68, of 8719 Hatchery Road, Syracuse, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Jason Lee Finch, 49, of 213 Canterbury Lane, Warsaw, for dealing methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; conspiring to commit dealing in methamphetamine, a Level 3 felony; dealing methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a Level 3 felony; and possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a Level 5 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Shauna Lynn Gibson, 33, of 1404 E. Market St., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Christopher T. Fowler, 49, of 375O Lake City Highway, Warsaw for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Danny Leonard Roberts Jr., 30, of 203 S. East St., Milford for possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony; and possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Nathaniel Phillip Trott, 29, of 40 EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg, for dealing a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, a Level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, a Level 5 felony; and trafficking with an inmate, a Level 5 felony. Bond was set at $15,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Joshua Ryan Bowser, 38, of 1860 N. Brook Blvd., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, and possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Richard Alonza Howard, 43, of 8118 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, for driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and driving while suspended a Class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.
• Dustin Thomas Rose, 33, of 5841 S. CR 1000W, Mentone, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor; and violation of special driving privileges, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.

Bond is set for $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Amanda Mae Lent, 39, of 30 EMS B5A Lane, Leesburg, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; and possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. Bond is set for $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Philip Ryan Shriver, 38, of 1404 E. Market St., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. Bond is set for $15,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Mary E. Daniels, 57, of 229 E. Baker St., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Amber Dawn Ragsdale, 35, Elkhart, for dealing methamphetamine, a Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is set at $75,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Jessica Lynn Reed, 41, of 214 S. Sherman St., Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, Level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor; possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, a Level 5 felony; and sentence enhancement for possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is set for $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Brandon Trey Reese, 26, of 6402 W. CR 1300S, Silver Lake, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is set for $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Allie Ann Thompson, 24, of 6402 W. CR 1300S, Silver Lake, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; neglect of a dependent, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Nina Rachelle Neupert, 21, Wabash, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is set for $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Tommy Eugene Meade, 67, of 487 Clinic Court, Warsaw, for dealing methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony; and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. Bond is set for $15,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Dakota Wayne Elder, 26, Knox, for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
