Online Room Reservations Available At Warsaw Community Public Library

Posted
Warsaw Community Public Library has revamped its meeting room reservation procedure to make it easier for people to reserve meeting rooms.A new, more convenient online self-reservation tool is now available. People can still call in advance or come in person to reserve a room. However, the new online system will now allow persons to reserve meeting rooms from the convenience of their businesses, organizations or homes.

The library provides meeting rooms as part of its mission to be a gathering space for the community. Three meeting rooms are available to groups under procedures and usage established by the WCPL board. Use of meeting rooms is limited to 12 hours per month maximum, working around the restriction of two evenings and are only available during the library's operating hours. To be eligible to reserve a meeting room, you must be at least 18 years old.

Reservation preference will be allocated based on the time and date received with priority given to library-sponsored meetings or programs and library co-sponsored or library-related programs. Room reservations may be made up to three months in advance.

If you have provided an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your request. Within three business days, you also will receive an e-mail confirming or denying your request. If you did not provide an e-mail address when making your request, it is your responsibility to check the Room Calendar Web page or call the meeting room coordinator to confirm that your request has been approved.
