One of the two men who escaped work release in December has been arrested.
Curtis Wayne Hunley, 45, of 41 EMS T16B Lane, Leesburg, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 11:28 p.m. Thursday for escape, a level 5 felony. His bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
Nicholas D. Hall, 27, of 3672 W. Old 30, lot 625, Warsaw, is wanted on a warrant for escape, a level 5 felony. When he is arrested, his bond will be $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
Court documents filed Dec. 21 state that Hunley was sentenced Oct. 31 in Kosciusko County Superior Court II to Kosciusko County Work Release, with a release date set for April 15.
Hall was sentenced on Aug. 13 in Kosciusko County Circuit Court to work release, with a release date set for April 19.
At about 2:50 p.m. Dec. 20, all inmates were called to report for drug testing. At 3:17 p.m., Hunley and Hall entered an unoccupied room at the work release center in Warsaw and escaped through a window and ran west.
