The driver of this car was treated at Kosciusko Community Hospital and released after a 2:55 a.m. accident Sunday on Ind. 15, 200 feet north of CR 350N, near Warsaw. Julian V. Calazada, 37, Wexford Place, Warsaw, struck a NIPSCO pole, causing a widespread power outage in the area. The accident remains under investigation by the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
