Olive Lillian Dombek, 89, of Warsaw, died Jan. 10, 2008, in Mason Health Care Center and Rehabilitation, Warsaw.

She was born Dec. 15, 1918, in Darke County, Ohio, to James H. and Orpha Neff Rice. On April 2, 1941, in Pleasant Hill, Ohio, she married Loddy Joe Dombek, who died Jan. 23, 1984.

She was a homemaker. She came to Warsaw more than 59 years ago from Greenville, Ohio. She was a charter member of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church, Winona Lake.

Surviving are four sons: James A. Dombek, Winona Lake; Stephen P. (and spouse Mary) Dombek, Santa Barbara, Calif.; Daniel J. Dombek, Fort Wayne, and the Rev. Canon Timothy M. (and spouse Beth) Dombek, Phoenix, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and a sister, Maxine Zimmerman, Piqua, Ohio. She was preceded in death by two sons, David A. Dombek and Jonathon C. Dombek; and three brothers: James R. Rice, Basil E. Rice and Maurice Rice.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church, Winona Lake, with the Revs. Tom Miller, Bruce Barlow, and Canon Timothy Dombek officiating, and at 3 p.m. at United Church of Christ, Covington, Ohio, with the Revs. Howard Storm and Canon Timothy Dombek. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pleasant Hill, Ohio.

Calling is from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, and one hour prior to the service at Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church, Winona Lake.
