Oktoberfest Celebrated In The Village At Winona Saturday

WINONA LAKE – Oktoberfest, The Village at Winona’s take on Germany's oldest tradition, kicks off with a German car show at 10 a.m. Saturday along East Canal St.
It goes until 4 p.m.
Hay rides and kids activities also start at 10 a.m. and will be close to the gazebo in the brick alley.
A beer sampling tent will then open at noon and go until 4 p.m. with beers from 3 Floyds, Chapman's, Dogfish Head and Lagunitas Brewing. Also starting at noon in the beer tent will be the Heartland County Cloggers of Northern Indiana, followed by the Meisterwinds German band from 1 to 3 p.m.
The event is free with the exception of tickets to the beer sampling. Those are being pre-sold at brownpapertickets.com for $15 but will be $25 the day of at the door.
