Editor, Times-Union: I tried to not write another letter but the Obama bull builds up and I have to. Have our Democrats turned into atheist and Bible haters? Could not believe the convention delegates and others actually booed when asked to vote on putting God and Jerusalem back on the platform. Uh, why would you take it off to begin with? Do you think maybe your party has the idea that you’re above God? I got news for you: You’re not, and if you don’t change your way of thinking you may find out the hard way that you’re not. They not only booed once but three times. What a disgrace. Didn’t really surprise me about Jerusalem. Pretty much knew Obama would throw Israel under the bus. I guess one would just need to read the letter from Mr. Boyer in Thursday night’s paper to see how bad the Obama administration is attacking our very military in regards to the Bible and Christianity itself. What a disgrace. Then you have the keynote speaker of the night, a past impeached president, and they made fun of Eastwood? Here’s a man who held the highest office in the land and he couldn’t keep his pants up. I saw a picture of slick Willie and the Kenyan arm in arm and my first thought was, “How ironic, one of them has been impeached and the other one should be.” What a disgrace. Remember this much: Pray for our leaders and our country. We are at a pivotal time in this election.
