SOUTH WHITLEY - Oak Hill used a 22-6 first-quarter outburst to win over Whitko 64-57 Friday night to improve its season record to 4-7 overall and 4-1 in the Three Rivers Conference. The loss drops Whitko's record to 6-6 and 2-2.
The Wildcats came back in the second stanza, outscoring the Eagles 24-10, cutting the deficit to two at halftime. Oak Hill outscored Whitko 32-27 in the final two quarters to account for the seven-point victory.
Ben Mohr scored 17 points to lead the Wildcats. Shane Henderson and Ben Ryan added 13 and 11 points respectively. Oak Hill was led by Ty Henderson's 17 points. Mike Lobsinger added 10 in the conference win.
