SILVER LAKE – O. Joan Rule, 90, Fort Wayne, and formerly of North Manchester, died at 1:30 p.m. Nov. 10, 2015, in The Heritage, Fort Wayne. She was born Nov. 19, 1924, in Larwill, to Herman Ray and Grace Metzger Fultz. On Dec. 12, 1943, she married Junior W. Rule, who died April 6, 2004. Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Eel River Community Church of the Brethren, Silver Lake, with Dr. David Biberstein officiating. Burial will be in Ulrey Memorial Cemetery, Silver Lake.
