NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the City of Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of the City of Warsaw, at their regular meeting place in the Council Chambers, at City Hall, 302 E. Market Street, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., on the 15th day of November, 2010, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. FUND NAME AMOUNT REQUESTED Aviation General $600,000.00 Budget Classification: 22-400-22-41 (Land & Air Rights) TOTAL: $600,000.00 APPROPRIATION USE: The $600,000 is necessary for the funding of Warsaw Board of Aviation Commissioners possible acquisition of real estate adjacent to the Warsaw Municipal Airport. Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally determined will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Certified Copy of the action taken.
