NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the Kosciusko County Solid Waste Board of said County will meet at the District Office, 220 S Union St, Warsaw, Indiana at 12:00 PM on August 19, 2008 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year: Kosciusko County Solid Waste District - General Personal Services $ 86,243.09 Supplies $ 22,860.00 Other Services & Charges $217,500.00 Capital Outlays $ 5,000.00 Total $331,603.09 Kosciusko County Solid Waste District - Building Capital Outlays $ 25,362.00 Total $ 25,362.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
