NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil City of Nappanee, Indiana, Elkhart County and Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipality, at their regular meeting place, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, IN 46550, at 7:00 o'clock PM., on the 21st day of March, 2016 will consider the following additional appropriation, in excess of the budget for the current year.
