Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the school corporation known as Warsaw Community Schools that the Board of School Trustees of said school corporation will meet at the usual meeting place of said Board in the School Administration Building, located at One Administration Drive, Warsaw, Indiana, at the hour of 7:00 pm (Local Time) on September 21, 2009, to consider the following additional appropriation of the bonds which Board of School Trustees has determined to issue. The Board considers such additional appropriation necessary to meet the extraordinary emergency existing at this time: An appropriation in the amount of $1,995,000 on account of the HVAC, roof and renovations at Eisenhower Elementary and Lakeview Middle School buildings in said school corporation, including the incidental expenses necessary to be incurred in connection with said building project and issuance of bonds on account thereof. The funds to meet such additional appropriation are to be provided by the issuance and sale of qualified school construction bonds by the school corporation, which have zero percent interest rate. The foregoing appropriation is in addition to all appropriations provided for in the existing budget and tax levy, and an extraordinary emergency for such appropriation exists by reason of the inadequacy of the present buildings to provide necessary school facilities in the school corporation. Taxpayers of said school corporation appearing at said meeting shall have the right to be heard in response to said appropriation. Dated this 11th day of September, 2009.
