NOTICE TO TARGET OF GRAND JURY INVESTIGATION STATE OF INDIANA SS KOSCIUSKO COUNTY IN THE MATTER OF GRAND JURY 2013 IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NO. 43C01-1306-MC-53 To: Omar Mora, whose whereabouts is unknown. YOU ARE hereby notified that on the 26th day of June, 2013, the Kosciusko Circuit Court called a grand jury which is to be impaneled on the 27th day of August, 2013, concerning the deaths of Harpal Singh and Lisa Mora. You are a target under Indiana Code §35-34-2-1. You are hereby notified that: 1. You are a subject of the grand jury investigation; 2. You have the right to appear and testify before the grand jury; 3. You have the right to consult with an attorney and be assisted by an attorney; 4. If you cannot afford an attorney, the Kosciusko Circuit Court will appoint one upon your request. 5.
