NOTICE OF PETITION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP IN THE KOSCIUSKO SUPERIOR COURT 1 KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM CLARK STEPHENS, Deceased CASE NUMBER 43D01-1306-ES-100 To: Lindberg Stephens, Michael Stephens, Curtis R. Stephens Geneva Hedrick, Mildred Hare, Donald R. Stephens Eva Jeanne Sorreles, Lucile Fout, Jon Stephens Angie Tracy, Joseph Stephens, Sheila Whitaker Douglas A. Stephens, Bernice Sue Price, Sherri Patton AND all unknown heirs of William Clark Stephens, deceased Pursuant to the order of the Kosciusko Superior Court 1, dated August 23rd, 2013. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in the above entitled estate proceedings: 1. That on May 21, 2013, the decedent, William Clark Stephens, died intestate a resident of Kosciusko County. 2. That on the 23rd day of August, 2013, Farmers State Bank, Personal Representative of the William Clark Stephens estate, filed with the Kosciusko Superior Court 1, Kosciusko County, Indiana, a Petition To Determine Heirship. 3. Than on the 23rd day of August, 2013, said Court entered an order fixing said Petition To Determine Heirship, for hearing on the 30th day of September, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., to be held in Kosciusko Superior Court 1 of Kosciusko County, 122 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana. 4. That all persons claiming or having any interest in such estate, or any thereof, as an heir or through an heir of such decedent and all known heirs of the decedent are required to make proof of their heirship or claim through an heir of such decedent prior to said hearing or appear in said Court in person or by counsel, at said hearing and make proof of their heirship or claim through an heir of such decedent. 5. That said Kosciusko Superior Court 1 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, will, pursuant to such hearing, enter a decree determining the heirs of such decedent and their respective interests in such estate or any part thereof.
