GUNTER CAUSE NUMBER 43D01-0903-AD- TO: Arron Brown Current Address Unknown Aaron Brown, who is the mother of the child Damien D. Gunter, is notified that a petition for adoption of the child was filed in the office of the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 1, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. If Aaron Brown seeks to contests the adoption of the child, she must file a motion to contest the adoption in accordance with I.C. 31-19-10-1 in the above court. If Arron Brown does not file such a motion within thirty (30) days after service of this notice the above named court will hear and determine the petition for adoption. Her consent will be irrevocably implied or the validity of her implied consent to the adoption. She will lose all of her parental rights. Nothing David M.
