Reed, as Personal Representative of the above named estate, has filed a Closing Statement together with a Final Account in settlement of the estate with a petition for distribution and that hearing thereon is scheduled for August 21, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. At that time, or as soon as the matter can be heard, the Court, subject to its discretion, will approve the account and order of distribution as requested unless objections are filed.
