NOLAN, Deceased Take notice that James P. Nolan, as Personal Representative of the above named estate has filed a final account for final settlement and distribution of the estate and that hearing thereon is set for Friday, September 11, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. At that time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, the Court will take action on the approval of the final account and petition for distribution unless objections thereto are timely filed. If any person entitled to share in the final distribution of the estate has objections to the final account or the proposed distribution, that person, either personally or by attorney, must file with the Court such objections in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the above date set for hearing, and if not so filed, the objections will be waived. If written objections are timely filed, hearing upon the objections will be scheduled at a later date. No person need appear at a hearing if such person has no objection to the final account and proposed distribution. A copy of the final account and petition for distribution may be examined in the Office of the Clerk of the Court, or a copy may be obtained from the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney.
