TAKE NOTICE that Kathleen D. Glunt, as Personal Representative of the above-named estate, by council, on September 26, 2019 filed an Account for final settlement and distribution of the estate. If any person entitled to share in the final distribution of the estate has objections to the finial account or the proposed distribution, that person, either personally or by attorney, must file with the Court such objections in writing on or before October 25, 2019, and if not so filed, the Court will take action on the approval of the final account and petition on that date. If written objections are timely filed, hearing upon the objections will be scheduled at a later date. No person need appear at a hearing if such person has no objections to the finial account and proposed distribution. A copy of the final account and petition for distribution may be examined in the Office of the clerk of the court, or a copy may be obtained from the Personal Representative or the Personal Representative's attorney.
