LEGAL NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory shall receive sealed bids from experienced and eligible contractors at City of Warsaw, Clerk’s Office, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, until 4:00 p.m., local time Tuesday July 1, 2014 for: Related Work for: Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory Site Work for South Fire Station Bids shall be received from a single prime contractor and shall include all labor, material, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications as prepared and on file in the office of the Architect. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 4:01 p.m., at the City Hall in the Council Chambers after the submission of proposals in the Clerk’s office, located at, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Plans, specifications, instructions to bidders and bid forms are on file and available at Eastern Engineering' s Virtual Planroom: http://www.easternengineering.com or are available at the office of Eastern Engineering located at 1239 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46808, P: 260.426.3119, F: 260.426.3101, upon receipt of a deposit of: $50.00 per set. The deposit will be refunded provided that a bid is submitted and said plans and specifications are returned in good order within ten (10) days of the bid date. ONLY COMPLETE SETS OF PLANS AND PROJECT MANUALS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED. There will be shipping and handling charges of $15.00 for the delivery of each set of Bidding Documents.
