BARNES, et al., Plaintiffs vs NORTH INDIANA ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, et al., Defendants IN THE KOSCIUSKO CIRCUIT COURT CAUSE NUMBER 43C01-9109-CP-732 The undersigned, James S. Butts, was the Attorney of Record for all Plaintiffs in the captioned matter in proceedings before the Kosciusko Circuit Court wherein a Judgment was entered on August 2, 1994 relating to ownership and easement rights on property of Plaintiffs located on the lakeshore of Webster Lake in Epworth Forests, North Webster, Indiana. Defendant, North Indiana Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, has filed a Motion for Relief from certain matters determined by the Court on August 2, 1994. The relief sought by said Defendant may result on modification of certain rights and obligations relating to Plaintiffs' lakeshore real estate located in Epworth Forest. Presently, the records of the Kosciusko Circuit Court show that may appearance as your Attorney of Record is continuing. A status conference is scheduled before the Court on September 8, 2011 beginning at the hour of 1:15 p.m. I will appear at the status conference as your Attorney of Record unless I am notified in advance that I am to withdraw my appearance. If a Plaintiff wants me to continue my representation as Attorney of Record, it is necessary that you contact me on or before September 23, 20112. In the event that arrangements for my continued representation are not made, I will then move the Court for leave to withdraw my appearance as the Attorney of record for each Plaintiff who has not made arrangements with me for my continued representation.
