Wells, as Personal Representative of the named estate, has filed a final account in settlement of the estate with a petition for distribution and that hearing thereon is scheduled for March 18, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. At that time, or as soon as the matter can be heard, the Court, subject to its discretion, will approve the account and order distribution as requested unless objections are filed. If any interested person has objections to the account or to the proposed distribution, that person must, personally or by attorney, file written objections, on or before March 18, 2016 and if not so filed, the objections will be waived.
