Kronk, as Personal Representative of the named estate, has filed a final account in settlement of the estate with a petition for distribution and that hearing thereon is scheduled for November 18, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. At that time, or as soon as the matter can be heard, the Court, subject to its discretion, will approve the account and order distribution as requested unless objections are filed.
