NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY To: Residents of Kosciusko County, Indiana You are hereby notified that on the 27th day of September, 2011 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by L. Jay Matchett and Mary Ann Matchett, for vacation of a portion of an unnamed public way in the plat of Russell's Park on Shelter Bay, a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 3 in the Plat of Russell's Park on Shelter Bay, thence north 25' to the south line of lot 5 thence east on and along the south line of lot 5 to the water's edge of a "Bay" as shown on said plat; thence southerly and westerly along the water's edge of the "Bay" and Tippecanoe Lake to the point of intersection with the west line of Lot 3 extended to the water's edge, thence north on the west line of Lot 3 extended to the southwest corner of Lot 3; thence east on the south line of Lot 3 to the southeast corner of Lot 3; thence north on the east line of lot 3 to the northeast corner of Lot 3; thence west on and along the north line of Lot 3 to the place of beginning.
